- If a legal response is not possible an e-mail explaining the reason why this specific case cannot be treated (for example, the client refuses to provide the necessary information in order to enable our office to generate a legal advice);
- Once payment is confirmed (fax, email or other proof of payment) our lawyers will draft a detailed legal answer with reference to laws and/or judicial or administrative practices tied to the case in question. Written answers are available in two or more languages (Russian, English, and French)!
- Legal answers are sent to your email address. On request a printed copy can be sent to your postal address;
